Sarah Mc graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006. She has been working in sports private practice since graduating, and started teaching Pilates in 2007.
Sarah has competed in Road and MTB cycling at National and International levels for over 22 years. She continues to be a “mad” keen road cyclist, with a passion for climbing as well as incorporating distance running, Yoga & dance into her training.
Sarah became a Certified Polestar Pilates clinician after completing the full examination in 2008. She has extensive experience with sports coverage while working in Sydney and more recently Dunsborough. She also enjoys teaching Barre Attack.
Sarah loves working in Women’s Health and pre and post natal recovery/rehab, strength and conditioning.
With a keen interest in holistic health, energy, mindset work and bridging the gap between injury rehabilitation and performance, Sarah enjoys pushing people that little bit more in order to achieve – whether that be in day-to-day activities, or for sports specific performance.
